1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

2. How to Request a Return
To request a return:

Email us at support@fiestabazaar.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
3. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process after delivery.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@fiestabazaar.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you quickly.
